Olya B.

Olya B. currently serves as the Global Materials Production Manager at Theory since December 2023. Prior to this role, Olya worked as a PLM Consultant at OLLGS from January 2018 to December 2023 and as a Production Manager at Harvey Faircloth LLC, where responsibilities included directing the full cycle of Contemporary Apparel Product Development and Production, as well as creating budgets and timelines. Earlier experiences include positions in product development at Lotus Threads and Shoshanna, and a managing director role at Kepler Financial Research Hellas. Olya holds a Bachelor of Science in Production Management for Fashion Industries from the Fashion Institute of Technology, an Associate's Degree in Fashion/Apparel Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Economics from the Russian University of Economics named after G.V. Plekhanov. Additionally, Olya is pursuing further education at MIT Professional Education from September 2023 to September 2024.
