You Jin Lee is an accomplished Senior Product Developer at Theory with extensive experience in product development and technical design. Since September 2008, You Jin has managed sample room capacities, collaborated with production managers, and ensured effective communication with factories to meet sample deadlines. Skilled in developing mockups and overseeing the full production process, You Jin has a solid foundation in design from previous internships at Kenneth Cole Productions and Elle Paris Swimwear, complemented by educational qualifications from the Fashion Institute of Technology and Seoul Women’s University in fashion management and design.
