Erica Baer is a seasoned Marketing and Creative Consultant with extensive experience in the marketing industry. Since January 2015, Erica has been providing freelance marketing and creative services, while also serving as a Marketing Consultant for The Perfect V™ since November 2018. Prior roles include Vice President of Creative at Sprouse Marketing Group, LLC (2013-2015) and Director of Creative Services at Kinetic Social, Epic Media Group, and Epic Advertising. Erica began their career as a Manager of Creative Services at AzoogleAds. With a strong foundation in design guidance and team management, Erica excels in creating aesthetically appealing marketing materials while adhering to direct marketing principles. Erica holds a degree from Durham College, completed in 2004.
