Hx Dou

HX Dou is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the retail and wellness industries. Currently serving as Managing Director for Therabody since June 2021, HX Dou leads operations in China for a top tech wellness company known for its innovative products and celebrity partnerships. Prior to this role, HX Dou was Chief Operating Officer at Will's, a leading fitness brand in China, and held significant positions at Nike, including Senior Director of Retail Operations and Director of Stores for Greater China, where HX Dou significantly drove business growth and digital initiatives. HX Dou's career began in retail management, encompassing various roles over nearly two decades. HX Dou holds an EMBA from China Europe International Business School.
