Jeffrey McGroarty

Jeffrey McGroarty is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in executive leadership positions. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at TheracosBio since January 2023, McGroarty previously held the same title at Annovis Bio, Inc. from April 2019 to September 2022. Prior to that, a significant tenure at Safeguard Scientifics included roles as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President - Finance, and Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller from December 2005 to June 2018. McGroarty began a career in finance at Exide Technologies as Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis from 2002 to 2005 and spent a decade at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Manager from 1991 to 2001. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Penn State University and an MBA from The Wharton School.
