Celso Costa Silva

Celso Costa Silva's work experience includes a role as Director - Head of Supply Chain at Theramex since December 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Supply Chain and Operations Consultant at CELOG from September 2019 to November 2019. Celso also served as an Operations Manager at Beckman Coulter from November 2016 to April 2018 and as a Senior Operations Consultant at IDEXX from January 2016 to October 2016. From September 2007 to March 2015, Celso held the position of Operations Manager LATAM at Abbott Diagnostics Business. Celso also worked as a Regional Sales Manager and Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Care Manager at Abbott Diagnostics Business from May 2005 to September 2007 and from November 2001 to May 2005, respectively. Prior to that, Celso worked as a Supply Chain Consultant at Alcoa from November 1999 to June 2001. Celso co-founded and served as the Commercial Director at Espaço Digital - Finishing House from February 1998 to October 1999. Celso started their career as a Trainee & Material Administrator at Rhodia Brasil from January 1990 to February 1996.

Celso Costa Silva obtained an Engineer's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Centro Universitário do Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia, where they studied from 1985 to 1990. Celso then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management, General at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, completing their studies from 1990 to 1993. In 2018, they enrolled at ICI - Integrated Coaching Institute, where they focused on People Development. Celso first completed a program in People Development, and later obtained a degree in Executive and Life Coaching, both in the same year.
