Deborah Hibbard

Deborah Hibbard is a professional with extensive experience in real estate and human services. Since March 2021, Deborah has worked as a Realtor at HomeSmart Realty Group. Prior to that, Deborah has been a Training and Implementation Specialist at Therap Services since April 2010, consulting with State Directors and agencies on the use of Therap. From March 2008 to April 2010, Deborah served as a Program Manager at Group Mainstream, overseeing programs for adults with developmental disabilities, including those with dual diagnoses. Additionally, from April 2004 to January 2008, Deborah was the Program Director at New Horizons for Young Women, where the focus was on program management and support for adolescents in achieving therapeutic goals. Deborah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Outdoor Recreation and Camp Administration from Houghton University.
