Benoît Audelan

Machine learning engineer at TheraPanacea

Benoît Audelan has a diverse range of work experience in various research roles. Starting in 2015, they completed a research internship at IFP Energies nouvelles, where they focused on synthetic biology and inserting a novel metabolic pathway. In 2015, they also completed a research internship at VTT in plant biotechnology, analyzing phenolic compounds produced by birch cell cultures. In 2016, Benoît did a research internship at Matís Iceland, studying enzymes and bioactive molecules produced by extremophile microorganisms. Benoît then went on to complete a research internship in data mining at CEA - Commissariat à l'énergie atomique et aux énergies alternatives in 2017, focusing on quality control and data assembly. From 2018 to 2021, Benoît worked as a PhD student at Inria, where their research focused on probabilistic modeling of image segmentation and controlling spatial regularity. Currently, they are working as a machine learning engineer at TheraPanacea.

Benoît Audelan began their education in 2011 at Lycée Saint Louis, where they completed their preparatory classes from 2011 to 2013. Benoît then went on to pursue a Master of Science in engineering at AgroParisTech from 2013 to 2017. In 2016, they also attended Université Paris Dauphine - PSL and earned a Master's degree. Most recently, from 2018 to 2021, Benoît studied at Université Côte d'Azur and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD degree. The field of study for each of their degrees is not specified.
