Kayoll Gyan, PhD, RN has a diverse work experience in the healthcare field. Currently, Kayoll is serving as the Associate Director of The Phyllis F. Cantor Center for Research in Nursing and Patient Care Services at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Previously, Kayoll worked as the Director of Research Development at Therapeutic Innovations, Inc., where the focus was on providing life-saving and affordable medical devices for developing countries. Kayoll has also held the position of Assistant Professor at Northeastern University and served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, specializing in HPV-associated cancer prevention among African Americans. Additionally, Kayoll has worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Nursing.
Kayoll Gyan, PhD, RN completed a Bachelor's Degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse and a Bachelor's Degree in African Studies from Binghamton University from 2006 to 2011. Following this, they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Nursing Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill between 2011 and 2016. Later, from 2016 to 2019, they pursued a Postdoctoral Fellowship in Cancer Prevention at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
