Frances E.

Frances E. is an experienced educator with a strong background in early childhood education and special education. Currently serving as an Early Intervention Specialist at Therapeutic Resources since June 2017 and as a Special Education Teacher at New York Therapy Placement Services, Inc. since September 2019, Frances has also worked as an SEIT provider at MARIE PENSE CENTER and previously held various roles, including early intervention specialist at Personal Child Care Development, Inc., SETSS at Lenox Rehabilitation, and lead preschool teacher at The Goddard School. Frances's education includes a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education and Students with Disabilities from Touro University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of the Philippines, supplemented by coursework from HarvardX.
