Cynthia MacFarlan

Cynthia MacFarlan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the field of communication disorders and nonprofit leadership. Since July 2013, Cynthia has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Therapeutic Riding of Tri-Cities (TROT), where strategic oversight and operational leadership are key responsibilities. Prior to this role, Cynthia worked as a Speech Pathologist with Lourdes Health Network, applying expertise in communication disorders. Cynthia's educational background includes a Master's degree in Communication Disorders from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor's of Science in Communication Disorders Sciences and Services from Indiana University Bloomington.
