Wayne Alden IV possesses extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, currently serving as Sr. Director of CMC at Therapeutics Inc. Previously, Wayne held various positions at Collegium Pharmaceutical, Inc., including Senior Process Engineer and Product Development Scientist, as well as roles at PreCision Dermatology, Inc. as Senior Product Development Engineer. Wayne began a career in research and development at Gillette/Procter & Gamble as a Scientist and Associate Chemist, demonstrating a strong foundation in product development and process engineering throughout a progressive career in CMC.
