Courtney Swift

Courtney Swift has a extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Courtney is currently serving as the Executive Director of Marketing and Recruiting at THERAPY 2000, where they oversee a team of recruiters and is responsible for recruiting speech language pathologists, occupational therapists, and physical therapists. Courtney also implemented a Campus Liaison Initiative to establish strong relationships with universities and therapy programs.

Prior to their current role, Courtney worked at RiverKids Pediatric Home Health Therapy Agency as a Community Outreach professional. In this position, they built patient referral relationships, maintained professional relationships with various stakeholders, and collaborated with the therapy department to enhance caseloads.

Courtney also has experience at Capitol Home Health as a Cardiac Specialist-Business Development Liaison, where they implemented marketing campaigns, maintained relationships with the medical community, and spearheaded a Telehealth monitoring program.

Courtney's earlier work experience includes roles at Cranial Technologies, Inc. as a Senior Clinical Sales Representative, at Apria Healthcare as a Specialty Account Representative, and at Lincare Holdings, Inc. in various roles including Area Manager, National Sales Trainer, Center Manager, and Sales Representative.

Courtney Swift attended Texas Tech University from 1995 to 2000 but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. In 2022, Courtney received certification as a "Dare to Lead Trained" from Dare to Lead™ Trained institution.
