Carrie Hensel

Carrie Hensel is a seasoned marketing and talent acquisition professional currently serving as Vice President at Therapy Management, Inc., where insight-driven marketing strategies are developed for skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, and senior communities. In addition to this role, Carrie is an accomplished modern impressionist landscape artist, focusing on the interplay of sunlight with nature. As the Queen Bee at Color Hive, Carrie leads a creative team to craft distinctive marketing strategies and high-impact content for clients. Previously, Carrie owned Inner Circle Media, overseeing business strategies and customer satisfaction from 1999 to 2015, and began a career in the pharmaceutical industry as a CMC Regulatory Scientist at Pfizer Inc. Carrie holds a BFA in Painting/Drawing from the University of Michigan and a BS in Chemistry from Albion College.
