Andrew Eberz has worked in the IT industry for over 19 years. From 2002 to 2011, they worked as an IT Helpdesk at Asplundh Tree Expert Co. During this time, they provided phone support for over 5000 employees nationwide and made key decisions regarding software and hardware purchases and implementation. In 2011, they moved to CTI formally Concate Technologies, Inc. as an Information Technology Help Desk, overseeing the on-boarding/implementation of the company and managing services provider. From 2014 to 2020, they worked at Delval Technology Solutions as a Desktop Support / Systems Network Administrator, where they installed, configured, deployed, and supported applications on Windows platforms. In 2020, they joined Systems Solution, Inc. (SSI) as a Service Desk Supervisor, where they mentored and motivated service Desk support team members and developed team members who were promoted into Network/System Engineers. Finally, in 2022, they became the IT Service Desk Manager at TherapyNotes, LLC.

Andrew has also obtained several certifications, including Fire Company Officer 2 (1021-2014) from Bucks County Community College in July 2021, Fire Company Officer 1 (1021-2014) from Bucks County Community College in January 2021, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate: Windows 10 from Microsoft in March 2019, and Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance in May 2022.
