Kimberly L. Sisnett is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Therapy Brands since December 2023, Kimberly previously held the same title at Waystar and senior leadership positions at Valassis, NTT Ltd., Iron Mountain, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Brink's Inc., and BDO. With a proven track record in developing and executing people and culture strategies, Kimberly's expertise encompasses talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development. Kimberly holds a Master of Science in Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management from Baruch College.
