Tracy Orlando, MSc, has extensive experience in contract management and compliance within the behavioral healthcare and public sectors. Currently serving as Director of Enterprise Contracts at Therapy Brands, Tracy has held prominent roles, including Vice President of Contract Management & Compliance and Director of Contracting at The Echo Group. Previous positions include Owner of Westview Management LLC, Procurement Analyst at the U.S. Department of Justice, and Deputy Chief of Contracting at the Pacific Regional Contracting Office of the U.S. Army. Tracy holds a Master of Science in Acquisition and Contract Management from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Rochester Institute of Technology.
