Pilar Martín

Pilar Martín has been working in the professional world since 2015. Pilar began their career as a Design and Impartition of a Personal Growth and Emotional Intelligence Workshop at Casa de la Mujer. In 2017, they moved to Inditex as an Assistant Store Manager. Pilar then became a Coach of Personal and Business Success in 2018. Currently, they are the Sales Operations Manager at TherapyChat.

Pilar Martín completed a Grado en Psicología from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in 2015, with a field of study in Gestión de recursos humanos/Administración de personal, general. In 2016, they completed an Experto en Inteligencia Emocional en el ámbito laboral from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. In 2018, they obtained a Coach profesional from Crearte Coaching and an Experto en Coaching Profesional Online from the same institution. In 2019, they completed a Programa de especialización Fashion Retail from IED Madrid. In 2020, they completed a Máster en Gestión de RRHH and a Máster en Resolución de Conflictos Laborales from Escuela de Postgrado de Psicología y Psiquiatría. Pilar also holds a Certificado from the Colegio Oficial de la Psicología de Madrid.
