Ricardo García-Duarte Manteca has been working in the technology industry since 2001. From 2001 to 2006, they worked as a Software Analyst Junior at Pléyade Peninsular, Correduría de Seguros y Reaseguros del Grupo Telefónica, S.A. Ricardo then moved to Imaweb 2000, s.l. from 2008 to 2016, where they were a Project Manager, leading, coordinating, and developing evolutionary and adaptive changes for the CRM + Sales support of the house. In 2016, they became the Chief Technical Officer (CTO) of TicketChat, a tool to monetize audiences, where they coordinated a team of 24 multidisciplinary professionals. In 2017, they became the CTO of TherapyChat, an Online Psychology Service, where they promoted good technical practices, established and improved processes, and implemented an agile culture. Ricardo also worked as a Menthor & Guilder at Open Source Weekends in 2017. Finally, in 2019, they became the CTO of Billionhands, a marketplace with a huge catalog of products.
Ricardo García-Duarte Manteca completed a HND in Computing from E.S.I. in 2004, with a focus on Software Engineering. In 2010, they attended CESMA and earned a Curso Superior en Dirección y Gestión de Proyectos in Dirección de proyectos. Ricardo also attended TTHH and obtained an Online Trading certification in Economia - Bolsa in 2010. In 2018, they completed a Karumi Kotlin Open Training in Kotlin from KarumI HQ.
