Lilian B. has extensive work experience in the field of compensation and human resources. Lilian is currently serving as the Director of Compensation, HRIS & People Analytics and Co-Lead for DE&I at Theravance Biopharma US, Inc. Since joining the company in November 2021. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Manager of Compensation and HRIS at Theravance Biopharma from 2020 to 2021. Before joining Theravance Biopharma, Lilian B. held the position of Senior Manager of Compensation at 10x Genomics from 2018 to 2020. Lilian also worked in various compensation and HR roles at other companies such as Thumbtack, Raptor Pharmaceuticals, Medivation, Franklin Templeton, Applied Biosystems/Life Technologies/AB Sciex, Gilead Sciences, Applera, and Siebel Systems. Lilian B. holds a BA (Honors) degree in Rhetoric and Ethnic Studies from the University of California, Berkeley. Lilian also has an MS (Honors) degree in Human Resources Management from Golden Gate University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and a Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) from the institution World at Work.
