Brandon Townsend

Brandon Townsend has extensive experience in IT management and customer success. As the Director of Customer Success at TheRecordXchange, Brandon oversees the workflow management application for court reporters and transcription professionals. Prior to that, Brandon served as the Director of Support at AVTranz, managing IT operations and support practices. Brandon graduated from DeVry University with a degree in Network Communication Management.
