Crystal Joseph is a licensed mental health therapist and the Clinical Executive Officer of PsycYourMind Consulting, LLC, which they founded in 2015. Currently, Crystal serves as an advisor at TheraFund and is the CEO and founder of PoundCake & Private Practice. Crystal holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The College of William and Mary. They have authored two books now used in graduate counseling programs and are dedicated to training the next generation of therapists while supporting Black women on the cancer continuum.
