Phil Q. has a work experience in various companies. Phil started in 1994 as an Owner in Thermal Dynamics and held the role until 2001. From 1999 to 2001, they worked as the Owner/CEO of IProcesSmart. In 2001, they joined Therm-x / Therm-x SVT as the VP of Business Development, and their tenure in that role is ongoing.
