Katie Gillies is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer experience and account management. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Experience at Thermal since March 2022, Katie previously held the role of Customer Success Manager. Prior experience includes positions as House Manager at The Surf Experience, Regional Product Manager at Trails of Indochina, and Travel Designer at Vivid.Travel, specializing in Southeast Asia and Sri Lanka. Earlier in the career, Katie worked as an Account Executive and Global Account Coordinator at Ogilvy, focusing on clients such as Ford and Unilever's Dove brand. A foundation in advertising was built through internships at the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising and JWT in Bangkok.
