Steve Widhalm

Steve Widhalm has extensive work experience in the HVAC industry. Steve began their career as a Heating and Ventilation Systems Specialist in the United States Air Force from 1987 to 1992. Following this, they worked as a Commercial Service Tech at Thermal Services, Inc. from 1993 to 2000. At Coca-Cola Enterprises, they served as an Account Manager from 2000 to 2002. Steve then returned to Thermal Services, Inc. and held various positions including Commercial Service Manager from 2002 to 2013, Director of Commercial from 2013 to 2023, and eventually becoming the COO and President in 2023. Throughout their career, Steve has been responsible for sales management, operations management, and overseeing service and installation divisions.

Steve Widhalm attended Metropolitan Community College from 1993 to 1996, where they earned an Associates Degree in HVAC/R. Later, from 1999 to 2000, they studied Management at Bellevue University.
