Robert Kennedy is a seasoned senior executive with extensive experience in finance and manufacturing operations. Currently serving as President of Thermal Solutions Segment since January 2022, Robert previously held the position of President and General Manager at Wakefield Thermal from May 2017 to January 2022, showcasing a proven ability to build high-performance teams and execute Operational Excellence initiatives. Prior roles include Site Leader/Head of Finance North America at Rexnord, VP of Finance & Operations at Momenta, and General Manager positions at Resin Designs Inc and Henkel. Robert holds an M.B.A. in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance, both from Western New England University.
