Robert Byrnes has extensive experience in customer service and technical support, currently serving as the Customer Service / Technical Support Manager at GT Advanced Technologies since July 2004. In this role, Robert excels in providing seamless customer support, particularly for technical inquiries, while also generating sales leads. Prior to this position, Robert worked as a Field Service Technician with RETECH Systems LLC from October 1986 to February 2004, and as a Machinist Mate in submarine service with the US Navy from March 1983 to August 1986. Robert holds technical certificates in Mechanical Systems from US Navy Tech Schools and a high school diploma in General Studies from Ukiah, California.
