Samuel H. Maslak

Dr. Maslak serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Thermedical® and is an experienced executive in the medical device industry. Earlier in his career, Dr. Maslak co-founded Acuson Corporation in 1982, serving as the company’s CEO from inception, and later as Chairman and CEO, until it was merged with Siemens Corporation in 2000. Acuson Corporation, a public company that was listed on the NYSE, designed, manufactured and distributed high-performance ultrasound imaging systems for hospitals and clinics worldwide. Currently, Dr. Maslak is pursuing private interests including investing in and advising promising start-up companies.
