Aseem Bansal

Aseem Bansal is an accomplished leader in operations and strategic management within the biomedical and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Global PPA Network Operations at Thermo Fisher Scientific since September 2024, Aseem Bansal manages multiple sites across the US and Europe in the BioProduction Group. Previous experience includes roles as VP Operations at QuidelOrtho, overseeing manufacturing operations for reagents and instruments, and VP of Strategic Change and Continuous Improvement at Bristol Myers Squibb, where Aseem Bansal focused on performance excellence in Cell Therapy. Aseem Bansal also held positions at Novartis as Cluster Head for Global Operational Excellence and at Sanofi Pasteur as Global VP for Industrial Performance & Strategy in the Vaccine Division. Aseem Bansal holds both an M.S. and a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
