Brenda de Leon

Brenda De Leon is a seasoned clinical management professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Senior Clinical Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific since December 2021, Brenda specializes in managing, training, and performance evaluation of Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) while utilizing metrics and key performance indicators to drive results. Previously, Brenda held roles at PPD and IQVIA, where responsibilities included managing clinical staff, formulating strategic plans, and ensuring project resources were effectively recruited. Brenda's career began at Quintiles as a Clinical Research Associate, where clinical site management skills were developed, and Brenda also has a foundational background as a Chemist at IPR Pharmaceuticals Inc. Brenda holds a Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Universidad de Puerto Rico.
