Cheryl Sullivan

Cheryl Sullivan is a seasoned human resources executive with over 25 years of experience, currently serving as VP of Human Resources for the Asia Pacific and Latin America Regions at Thermo Fisher Scientific since 2005. In various leadership roles within Thermo Fisher, Cheryl has overseen HR functions across multiple divisions, including Customer Channels and Genetic Sciences, while also leading HR initiatives in international markets such as Sweden. Prior to joining Thermo Fisher, Cheryl held significant HR positions at Valassis Communications, IRI, and GES Exposition Services, where expertise in talent management, employee relations, and organizational restructuring contributed to the success of these organizations. Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Management from California State University, Chico.
