Jessica Maslowski has over a decade of experience in sales operations and customer service, primarily at Thermo Fisher Scientific, where a career began in October 2013. Progressing through various roles, Jessica currently serves as Sales Operations Analyst II (Freight Analyst) and previously held positions such as Order to Cash Lead, Sr. Pricing Agreement Representative, and Sr. Sales Support Representative. Responsibilities have included managing delinquent accounts, creating instrument quotes, processing orders, and providing administrative support to sales teams. Prior experience includes roles in debt management and administrative support at Elite Management & Processing LLC, as well as multiple positions at DialAmerica Marketing Inc., where responsibilities ranged from payroll processing to customer service. Jessica holds a diploma from Maryvale High School.
