Joyce Ford

Joyce Ford is an experienced accounting professional currently serving as Senior Director of Technical Accounting at Thermo Fisher Scientific since June 2018. In this role, Joyce collaborates with the Chief Accounting Officer to address technical accounting issues including revenue recognition, inventory, and acquisition accounting. Previously, Joyce held positions at Thermo Fisher Scientific as Director of Accounting and led controllership activities within the Life Sciences Solutions Group. Prior to that, Joyce worked at Qualcomm from 2003 to 2018, ultimately leading the Corporate Accounting Practices and Reporting group. Joyce's career began at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where auditing and consulting services for various industries were provided, and included a role as Assistant Controller at Four Seasons Solar Products. Joyce holds both a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting from Hofstra University.
