Kristin Davis

Kristin Davis is a skilled professional with extensive experience in project management and organizational change. Currently serving as Senior Manager of PMO at Thermo Fisher Scientific since December 2018, Kristin specializes in maintaining PMO governance and leading strategic projects aimed at enhancing customer experience and optimizing order-to-cash processes.
