Pratyush Naithani

Pratyush Naithani is a seasoned quality assurance professional with extensive experience in managing QA and SDET teams across multiple countries, including the USA, Ukraine, and India. Currently serving as Senior Manager QA / SDET at Thermo Fisher Scientific since May 2025, Pratyush previously held similar roles at CorEvitas, LLC and WeWork. Pratyush has a proven track record in establishing comprehensive test management tools, leading bug triage calls, and implementing automated testing strategies. Prior to these roles, Pratyush held various QA leadership positions at Collective[i], Intercontinental Exchange, Markit, and Cybage Software, demonstrating a strong background in quality assurance and software testing methodologies. Pratyush holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from the University of Mysore and a Diploma in Advanced Computing from C-DAC IACSD, along with a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Electronics from Priyadarshini College of Engineering.
