Stephanie Hall

Stephanie Hall is an accomplished HR executive with extensive experience in leading human resources functions across various organizations. At Thermo Fisher Scientific from April 2018 to June 2023, Stephanie served as Vice President of Human Resources for Corporate Functions, managing senior HR leaders responsible for 7,000 colleagues directly and 25,000 indirectly. Prior roles included Senior Director of Human Resources for Global Finance and other teams, providing strategic HR leadership to diverse groups. Previously, at EMC Corporation from December 2010 to February 2016, Stephanie held roles including Director of Human Resources and led global change management initiatives impacting 60,000 employees. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston College.
