Tom Kraeutler serves as the Supplier Decarbonization Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific since March 2024. Previously, Tom held the position of Lead Project Manager for Sustainable Innovation at Nike, where engagement with cross-functional stakeholders advanced apparel sustainability initiatives aligned with the company’s Science Based Targets. With a strong academic background, Tom earned dual Master’s degrees in Business Administration and Environment and Sustainability from the University of Michigan, complemented by a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Boston College. Earlier roles include environmental engineering positions at Georgia-Pacific LLC and internships at PepsiCo and Nike, focusing on sustainability, resource conservation, and environmental compliance. Tom's work has consistently involved collaboration, analysis, and strategic development aimed at reducing environmental impact and enhancing sustainability practices.
