Virginia Spencer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product development, particularly within life sciences at Thermo Fisher Scientific since January 2016. Currently serving as Senior Manager and Product Development Excellence Team Leader, Virginia oversees the management of the life sciences stage-gate process and promotes best practices for product development across various departments.
