Felix Okoth

Felix Okoth, PMP®, currently serves as the New Product Development Engineering Manager at Thermo King, leading a team of six in North America and Latin America for truck products. Previously held positions include New Product Development Technical Lead Engineer and Senior Engineering Project Lead, where responsibilities encompassed managing cross-functional teams, driving project cycle time reductions, and delivering significant cost savings. In addition to engineering roles, Felix is the elected President of Shakopee Toastmasters Club 7215 and has contributed to community efforts as a Community Liaison at Lifeworks Services, Inc. Prior experience includes a managerial position at Electrolux overseeing product care engineering and cost reduction initiatives. Felix holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and completed a 3-2 Dual Engineering Program at Concordia College - Moorhead.
