Daneen Spitaletto

Daneen Spitaletto started their career in 2004 at CareersUSA as a Branch Assistant, where they maintained candidate files and assisted recruiters with job placements. In 2006, they joined Thermo Systems LLC as a Sr. HR Manager, responsible for developing and administering HR plans and procedures for all company personnel. Daneen also played a key role in planning, organizing, and controlling department activities.

Daneen Spitaletto has an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice from Mercer County Community College. In February 2017, they obtained their SHRM - CP certification from SHRM.
