Kim Scambilis, SPHR, PMP, CSM, serves as the Global HR Operations Manager at Thermon, Inc. since July 2017, focusing on the implementation of HR programs and systems, particularly Workday, and participating in mergers and acquisitions. Previously, Kim held the role of Director of HRIS, Projects, and Mergers and Acquisitions at Community Intervention Services, Inc. and contributed as the VP of Technology for the Austin Human Resource Management Association. With extensive experience in HR consulting and project management across various organizations such as Golfsmith, the Texas Association of School Boards, and Gibson Consulting Group, Kim has demonstrated expertise in HR systems strategy, process optimization, and data reporting. Kim obtained a B.S. in Human Resources Management from Park University and possesses a strong foundation from prior roles in HR analysis and reporting.
