Klaus Fischer

Klaus Fischer is the current Chief Development Officer at Thermosome GmbH. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at Assign Group from 2009 to 2015. Klaus has also worked as the Medical Director at Aventis from 1996 to 2003.

Fischer has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on oncology, cancer immunotherapies, vaccines, and personalized medicine. Klaus is an expert in conducting complex clinical trials, and has been involved in the development of biosimilars in recent years.

Under Fischer's leadership, Assign Group has grown into an internationally-acting pharmaceutical development company with affiliates in Eastern and Western Europe. The company currently operates in 20 countries around the globe.

Dr. Klaus Fischer is a German medical doctor and pharmaceutical scientist. Klaus received their Dr. rer. biol. hum. degree from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, and their Apotheker degree from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg.

Their manager is Pascal Schweizer, Co-Founder & CEO & CFO. They work with Wolfgang Schwandner - Managing Director, Martin Hossann - Co-Founder & Principal Scientist, and Uwe Michaelis - COO.
