Chris Reilly

Chris Reilly has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Chris began their career in the US Navy's Nuclear Power Program, where they held various positions of increasing responsibility and attained the rank of Chief Petty Officer. Following their time in the Navy, Chris worked at Xcel Energy as an Operations/Simulator Instructor, responsible for training licensed and non-licensed operators at the Monticello Nuclear Generating Plant. Chris then joined Tennant Company as a Field Service Training Manager, overseeing training programs for the Americas region. Chris later joined ITW as a Regional Service Manager, leading a team of Field Service Engineers and managing customer relationships across 11 states in the Mid-West. Chris then transitioned to MacQueen Equipment as a Senior Manager - Service, where they oversaw multiple service centers and had direct reports. Most recently, Chris joined Thern, Inc. as a Product Manager, focusing on product development and customer satisfaction.
