Dr. Alim Abubakre FIoEE is a Senior Lecturer at Sheffield Hallam University, specializing in pedagogy, research, and doctoral supervision since June 2022. As an Advisory Board Member for the London Business School Africa Club and Africa Summit since February 2016, Alim provides strategic advice to stakeholders. Alim has held various academic roles, including Lecturer at Coventry University, where modules on Entrepreneurship and Strategy were designed and delivered. Alim also served as Chair and Founding Director of TEXEM, offering strategic direction and mentorship since 2010. Previous experience includes advisory positions at the London School of Economics Africa Society, visiting lectureships, and management research at University of Southampton. Alim's extensive education includes a PhD in Strategy, CSR, and International Business from University of Southampton, and executive programs at the University of Cambridge and Alliance Manchester Business School.
