Akshata Apte

Akshata Apte has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Akshata currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at TheSmallBigIdea since January 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Cogencis Information Services Ltd. where they held various roles including Manager - Human Resources from April 2019 to December 2020, Associate - Human Resources from April 2016 to March 2019, and Senior Executive-Human Resources from March 2015 to April 2016. Before that, they worked at AceNgage as a Team Leader - HR from August 2012 to November 2014 and as an HR Specialist from July 2011 to July 2012.

Akshata Apte's education history begins with their completion of the I.C.S.E degree program at St.Gregorios High School from 1993 to 2003. Akshata then pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Psychology from D.G Ruparel College of Arts, Commerce & Science between 2004 and 2008. Finally, Akshata went on to attend SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) where they are set to receive a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Development in 2022.
