Julie Anixter

Throughout her career, Julie has helped organizations and clients anticipate disruption and develop strategies to adapt to the changing world. She has worked with corporate turnaround guru Tom Peters. She is currently working in industry sectors such as the U.S. military, healthcare, and manufacturing to implement innovative solutions to improve operational efficiencies. Julie is the co-author of three books; her fourth one is on courage and innovation. She is the managing partner at Innovation Excellence, the largest crowd-sourced innovation blogging and learning community. In addition, she is the executive in residence at the Disruptor Foundation, a nonprofit aimed at raising the awareness about disruptive innovation theory.
