Ben Waldron-Feinstein

Ben Waldron-Feinstein is the VP of Strategy at The Stepping Stones Group. Prior to joining The Stepping Stones Group, they were an Associate at Beecken Petty O'Keefe & Company from July 2017 to July 2019. There, they were responsible for new deal sourcing, diligence, and execution; existing portfolio company management; healthcare industry and business model research and evaluation; evaluation of detailed company data, operational metrics and processes for both new deals and portfolio companies; detailed financial and operational modeling across various capital structure solutions; and coordination of third-party advisors to conduct detailed due diligence assessments of potential investments.

Before Beecken Petty O'Keefe & Company, Ben Waldron-Feinstein worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Lincoln International from July 2015 to June 2017. There, they were responsible for preparation of marketing materials for sell-side advisory assignments; facilitation of due diligence processes; regular client interaction; identification of potential strategic acquirers and acquisition targets; industry and company-specific research; and financial analysis.

Ben Waldron-Feinstein began their professional career as a Cell Culture Marketing Intern at Sigma-Aldrich from May 2014 to August 2014.

Ben Waldron-Feinstein attended Washington University in St. Louis, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology & Economics. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from Bedford High School.
