Doug Moes

Chief Clinical Development Officer at The Stepping Stones Group

Doug Moes has been working in the field of autism therapies for over twenty years. Doug started their career as a clinical coordinator at Autism Spectrum Therapies (AST), where they worked for three years. Doug then became the clinical director at The Devereux Foundation - California, where they worked for four years. In 2006, they became the president of STAR of CA, and they held that position for sixteen years. In April 2022, they became the chief clinical development officer at The Stepping Stones Group.

Doug Moes completed a fellowship at the University of California, Los Angeles, a fellowship at the University of California, San Francisco, and a fellowship at the Kennedy Krieger Institute. Doug also earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology from UC Santa Barbara and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UC San Diego.
