Mandeep Dhillon Sahota, OTR/L, is a seasoned occupational therapist with extensive experience in clinical management and mentorship within school-based settings. Currently serving as the Regional Clinical Manager at The Stepping Stones Group, LLC since August 2015, Mandeep focuses on overseeing and mentoring occupational therapists and motor therapists. Previously, Mandeep held the position of Occupational Therapy Clinical Manager at San Jose Unified School District, along with a role as Occupational Therapy Clinical Supervisor at AlphaVista Services Inc., providing guidance to therapists across the San Francisco Bay Area. Mandeep's professional journey began as an Independent Contractor and Pediatric Occupational Therapist from 2011 to 2015, and earlier as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist at Kidango, Inc., delivering early intervention services. Mandeep earned a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from San Jose State University in 1998.
