Tracy Morgan

Tracy Morgan is a dedicated Special Education Teacher with extensive experience in supporting at-risk youth in reaching their educational goals. Currently employed at The Stepping Stones Group, LLC since August 2022, Tracy previously served in similar roles at Beaumont Unified School and Children's Home of Stockton. Notably, at Los Banos Unified School District, Tracy developed and implemented the Transitional Adult Program, which included a café to enhance learning. Tracy also worked as a Resource Specialist at Hart Ransom Elementary and coordinated school grief groups at Community Hospice. Tracy holds a Master of Public Administration from California State University-Stanislaus and a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Studies with an emphasis on Education and Social Sciences from Chapman University.
